The Oshawa Generals have made an acquisition via the trade market. The Generals receive Jacob Winterton from the Flint Firebirds, in exchange Flint receives an 8th round OHL priority draft selection in 2023. The former Firebirds forward had 21 points in 67 games played last season.

The Hamilton Bulldogs announce the signing of 2018 OHL Draft choice forward Mark Duarte. Mark spent the 2018-2019 season playing junior “B” hockey for the Hamilton Kilty B’s in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League. In his rookie season Mark tallied 25 points in 38 regular season games.
