Looking back at this year Canadian Hockey League import draft as two teams passed on their selections. The only Ontario Hockey League team to not select a player in either of the two rounds was the Ottawa 67’s. With import players returning in 2019-2020 for the 67’s and with the rules limiting the teams to dressing two import players, there was no real reason for Ottawa to pick two more import players.
